SHREY KHETARPAL

I am a communications professional, based in Delhi and I love movies… commercial, art house, Bollywood or Hollywood, it doesn’t matter. My posts here are views of a film buff for other film buffs and hope they enjoy reading…
My love for cinema started with Yash Chopra’s Lamhe, which I first watched at the age of 8. It is my favourite film till date and some of the other films I love are Lagaan, Water, Monsoon Wedding, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Udaan, Amores Perros, Shakespeare in Love, Taare Zameen Par, Asoka, Golmaal (Amol Palekar), Baton Baton Mein, Chhoti Si Baat, Schindler’s List, The Shawshank Redemption, Hum Tum, Pretty Woman, Chak De India, Mr. India, As Good As It Gets, Midnight in Paris, Erin Brokovich, Volver, The Namesake and Omkara, amongst others.

Hey Shrey,
This is the first time I have gone through your blog reviews.Great going.Very articulate, very you. You’ve developed a clear cinematic sensibility and it is a pleasure reading your reviews.
Whenever you find the time take the cinema appreciation course at the Habitat. It will only hone a very sharp cinematic intellect.

Hey thanks! like your blog too
Hello,
Just chanced upon your blog this morning during my long bout of procrastination. I love your movie reviews! I have a slight aversion to Bollywood cinema and your reviews have reminded me that it’s all good fun (e.g., Salman Khan shouldn’t be taken seriously, but appreciated for appealing to the masses). I definitely think you should keep this up! You’ve got talent. I might become a Bollywood enthusiast in the near future. I mean anything is possible !
Kind Regards,
Akansha
Thanks Akansha,
